Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?
Nearly, but not exactly. Everything we work with is seasonal, so what's in the buckets changes week to week. Each arrangement follows the same shape, palette and proportions as the one you chose, and the stems inside it come from what's best that day. What happens if a flower isn't available?
If a variety isn't at its best or isn't available, we substitute one of similar colour, scale and character. We'd rather send something right than something identical. If you have a flower you can't do without, tell us in the order notes and we'll do our best to honour it or contact you first. Why do varieties change?
Flowers follow weather, growers and the calendar. We treat that as part of the work rather than a problem to design around. -
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, within [zone: name the neighbourhoods, city or postal codes]. Delivery is free there on every order. Outside that zone, [fee or "reach out and we'll see what's possible"].When will my order arrive?
Order by [cutoff time] and your flowers arrive the next day, [delivery window]. Orders placed after that go out the following day. What happens when you deliver?
We ring the buzzer first. If there's no answer, we call the phone number you gave us for the recipient. If we still can't reach them after 15 minutes, we leave the arrangement with the building concierge if there is one, or behind the door if not.
Once your flowers are left, we'll send you a text so you know where they are. In extreme heat or cold, we'll contact you instead of leaving them outside. Once delivered to the concierge or left at the door, the order is considered complete.
Please include a working phone number and any building or unit instructions (buzzer code, floor, where to leave things) at checkout. It makes the handoff much smoother.

Do you make custom bouquets and arrangements?
Yes. We make custom pieces for weddings, dinners, gatherings and other occasions. Tell us the date, the place, roughly how many people, and what you have in mind. We'll take it from there. How far ahead should I get in touch?
[e.g. "Two weeks is comfortable. Sooner is sometimes possible, so ask."]How do I start?
Send a note to [email or form link] with the date, location and any colours or ideas you're drawn to.
